My unique approach blends an entrepreneurial mindset with a combination of hypnotherapy, communications and neuroscience tools, Taoist energy alignment, and life experience – to empower creators, founders, visionaries and everyday people to break beyond perceived limits, creative blocks, physical pain and discomfort, and negative or painful experiences that are holding you back from living your most abundant life and timeline.

My sessions facilitate you to tap into your unconscious mind, practice healing neigong movement and chakra alignment, and draw from your inherent 'dunamis' energy to deliver knowledge, healing and empowering guidance from your all-knowing self (mind and soul) to your conscious self (mind and body) — and integrate that back into the 3D matrix we live in every day of our waking lives. 

The goal of my work is to ultimately raise your vibrational output and bring you results — by enhancing your confidence, performance, self-love, inner health and creativity, helping you overcome anxiety, fears, limiting beliefs and pain, and showing you how to regulate your nervous system via the innate alchemy we all have within us.

My recent success in e-commerce brand-building, and my extensive experience in communications and marketing complement these powerful mind, body and soul modalities to support you with stepping into your most authentic abundant timeline and self.

• Design practice, advanced digital design skills and knowledge, and creative conception.

• A boutique Communications Consultancy servicing Govt clients and small businesses.
• Importer of quality homewares, with placement in designer home-living stores, including Shack and Myer.
• My current eCommerce creation, Bondi Days (launching Spring 2026) — a sustainably ethical, high-quality beach and travel lifestyle brand curated for personal and home living, with products designed and made in Australia using OEKO-TEX® certified fabrics and ethically sourced materials from local and overseas.
