My Journey

I'm a passionate business entrepreneur, communications guru, society contributor, and mind and energy shift facilitator.

My commitment is in helping people overcome limiting beliefs, eliminate counterproductive patterns and behaviour, and transmute negativity and abuse trauma via mind and body alchemy – to align your powerful unconscious mind and your energetic self with the reality you desire and deserve. 

The journey back to inner child, and all the way through to higher self has been a life-long one for me – an almost non-negotiable itinerary! I’ve alway dra to evolving as a person and reaching better states, valuing every experience, relationship and encounter along the way as growth – and almost always taking others on the journey with me, if they’re so inclined. I do so with the humility and openness that there’s self-healing and self-empowerment in all of us. Success and alchemy too. We just need to want to find it – and then truly have it. 

I was Kundalini awakened at a retreat a few years ago – consciously experiencing for the first time, the ultimate life force or divine feminine energy Shakti, that lies dormant in all of us. It was an intense, scary but exhilarating and amazing experience! The spontaneity and power of this energy and expanded consciousness always reminds me that it’s a gift from the universe/source/god/spirit/mother earth….and therefore a gift from my authentic self. And I’ve always followed the mantra ‘never look a gift horse in the mouth’!

This divine energy and the power of my unconscious mind, along with my commitment to authenticity, humanity and self-love, have guided me throughout my life in divine timing – even saved me, many times over, but more so in recent years on a more aware and present level. 

These gifts have shifted me to new timelines overnight in the midst of painful, traumatic, confusing, or just stagnant times, simply by reminding me that they are gifts – that they are the unique life force and powerful guidance we all have within us, but which we won't ever see or experience if we don't tap into, awaken to, accept, trust or have gratitude for it. 

These 'superpowers' as I see them, have both protected me and saved me from negative experiences. Some self-played patterns, some happenstance, even concerted attempts by other humans to con, demoralise, dull and unalive me with the worst of vitriol...then falsely character-smear when it was alchemised. Those same powers have equally allowed me to love openly, trust, guide, inspire, succeed, protect and care for others, feel and be empowered, and expand my consciousness and that of those around me.

They are a constant reminder that we are all born to be alive – to live our most beautiful potential, to be celebrated, and to receive authenticity, love, care, alignment and success.
